About Justin

Fitness became something I needed in my own life.

Before this was a profession, it was a way back to moving, breathing, sleeping, and living better.

Why I coach

I know what it feels like to need a change.

Growing up, I was active and played football in high school. As I got older, I became more sedentary and started gaining a lot of weight. Eventually, everyday things became difficult. I knew I had to make a change.

Getting back into the gym changed the way I looked at fitness and at myself. It was not only about weight or the mirror. It was about confidence, quality of life, and refusing to quit when things got difficult.

Sports Fan

I know the scoreboard matters—but the work before it matters more. That is how I coach: we focus on the fundamentals, prepare for the hard days, and keep showing up.

“The moment I realized I wanted to do this professionally was when I recognized how much I wanted to help other people who were in the same position I had been in. There are people who are struggling with their weight, confidence, or health but are afraid to walk into a gym or ask for help. I understand that feeling because I've been there.”
